akhrot aik mukamal ghaza hai yan yunhbhi keh sakte hai ke akhrot khane ka naim ul badal hai.

Akhrot aik neyaet lazeez phal hai.is mein vitamins or nutrients khaasi miqdar me hotein.akhrot ke bohat fwaide hai.ye taseer mein garm or khane mein khuch kuch namkeen hota hai.isme potassium,calcium vitamin b6 ,b12 ,carbohydrates or minerals hotein hain jo hamein sehat mand rakhte hain.ye hamein taqat dete hai active rakhte hai.iske faide bhi bohat hain or kuch nuqsan bhi hain.

1- Demaghi Sehat

Akhrot dikhne mein hi demagh jesa hota or demagh ke liye bohat hi faida mand hota hai.hmare demagh ko tandrutsti deta hai.isme fatty acid hote hai jese ke omega 6 jo hmare demagh ko tandrust rakhtein hain.

2- Dil

khoon ki dauran achi chalti hain,aur dil me koi heart diseases yani dil ki beemariyan paida nahi hoti.Dil ke liye akhrot bohat acha hai is mein majood nutrients cholesterol ko control mein rakhtein hain.

3- Wazan ko kam karskta

insomnia yani neend ka time pe nahi aana akhrot khane se neend ache se aati hain,yeh insomnia ko treat karta hain.

9- Jils ke liye

akhrot humare skin bhi bohat fayda deta hain,iske nutrients humare skin pe dhabbe daag aur jhurriyon ko kam karte hain skin me chamak laate hain.

10- Balon ke liye

baalon ke liye bhi akhrot bada faydemand hain,yeh baalon ko girne se bachata hain baalon me mazbooti aur chamak lata hain aur baalon ko safed nahi hone deta hain.

Nuksan

Chun ke iski taseer garam hoti hai to aik hi din 5-6 khane se hazma khraab hoskta hai,garmi ho sakti hai.is liye ziada khane se parhaiz karna chaiye.
