  3. Tomato Chopped – 1 Big
  4. Peas – 1 Cup
  5. Ginger – 1 Small Piece
  6. Green Chili – 4
  7. Garlic Cloves – 8-10
  8. Cashews And Almonds – 1/4 Cup
  9. Cumin – 1 Tsp
  10. Red Chili Powder – 2 Tsp
  11. Turmeric Powder – 1 Tsp
  12. Biryani Masala – 2 Tbsp
  13. Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp
  14. Salt To Taste
  15. Oil As Required
  16. Garam Masala – 1 Tsp
  17. Chaat Masala – 1 Tsp
  18. Lemon Juice – 1 Tsp
  19. Saffron Soaked In 1 Tsp Milk – 1 Tsp
  20. Almonds, Cashews And Raisins For Garnishing
  21.  Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves

How To Make Paneer Biryani Recipe

  1. First Of All, To Make Paneer Biryani, Put Water In A Pan And Heat It. When The Water Starts Boiling, Add Cumin, Long 4-5, Black Pepper 4-5, 1 Cinnamon, One Bay Leaf, Salt As Per Taste And One Spoon Of Ghee And Boil It.
  2. When The Water Comes To A Boil, Add Soaked Basmati Rice For 20 Minutes And Boil It At 80%. When The Rice Boils, Filter The Water And Separate The Rice. Now Put Ghee In A Pan And Let It Heat Up.
  3. As Soon As The Ghee Becomes Hot, Add Cumin Seeds, Cloves, Black Pepper, Green Cardamom, Cinnamon And Bay Leaves And Fry Till They Crackle. Once The Spices Crackle, Add Chopped Onion And Fry Till It Becomes Soft. Now Add Ginger Garlic Paste And Fry For 1 Minute.

  1. Now Add Green Chillies And Tomato Puree And Cook For 1 Minute While Stirring. After 1 Minute, Add Turmeric, Salt, Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder And Garam Masala And Mix It. You Have To Cook It Till The Ghee Starts Visible From The Edges.
  2. Now Add Curd To It, Mix It And Cook For 2 To 3 Minutes While Stirring It With A Spoon. Now Add Paneer Pieces, Green Coriander And A Little Mint And Cook On Medium Heat For 2 To 3 Minutes. When The Paneer Is Fried Well, Then You Reduce The Flame And Spread The Fried Onions On It.
  3. Now Spread It By Adding A Layer Of Boiled Rice. Now Put Fried Onions, Green Coriander, Mint And A Tablespoon Of Ghee On It, Put A Foil Cover And Close The Lid Of The Pan And Let It Cook On Low Flame For 10 Minutes. After The Stipulated Time, Turn Off The Gas And Keep It Aside For 5 Minutes So That The Steam Can Cool Down.
  4. Now Open The Pan And Mix It With A Spoon And Take It Out In A Plate. Paneer Biryani Recipe Is Ready To Serve. Serve It Hot With Raita Or Salad.
